Method
Melt the chocolate chips until smooth, adding a little coconut oil if needed.
Place the roasted nuts in a bowl and pour over the melted chocolate, stirring to coat evenly.
Add half of the crushed salted chips and mix gently to combine.
Spread the chocolate-coated nuts onto a lined baking tray, sprinkle over the remaining crushed chips, and move the nuts around so they are well coated and the chip crumbs stick to the chocolate.
Allow the clusters to set at room temperature or in the fridge. Once the chocolate has set, break into clusters and enjoy.
