Freckle Nuts

Prep time: 10 mins

Serves: approx. 10-12 

Ingredients

— 2 cups roasted mixed nuts
— 3/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
— 100’s & 1000’s sprinkles

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate chips until smooth, adding a little coconut oil if needed.
  2. Place the roasted nuts in a bowl and pour over the melted chocolate, stirring gently to coat evenly.
  3. Add half of the sprinkles and mix lightly. Spread the chocolate-coated nuts onto a lined tray, sprinkle over the remaining sprinkles, and move the nuts around so they are fully coated and the sprinkles stick to the chocolate nuts.
  4. Allow to set at room temperature or in the fridge. Once the chocolate has set, break into clusters and enjoy.
