Method
Melt the white chocolate chips until smooth, adding a little coconut oil if needed.
Place the roasted nuts in a bowl and pour over the melted white chocolate, stirring gently to coat evenly.
Spread the coated nuts on a lined baking tray and let them cool at room temperature until the chocolate is slightly set (it should still be a little tacky).
Transfer the nuts to a container, add the matcha powder, cover, and shake gently until the nuts are evenly coated.
Allow the clusters to set at room temperature or in the fridge. Once the chocolate has set, break into clusters and enjoy.
