Oreo Nuts

Serves: approx. 10-12 

Ingredients

— 200g white chocolate, melted
— 2 cups mixed nuts
— 1 pack Oreo biscuits, blitzed into a fine crumb

Method

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl until smooth. Add a small splash of coconut oil if needed to help the chocolate melt.
  2. Crush or blitz the Oreo biscuits, keeping some larger chunks for texture.
  3. In a large bowl, coat the nuts with the melted white chocolate and half of the crushed Oreos. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray and let it cool at room temperature.
  4. Once the chocolate has set slightly (it should still be a little tacky), transfer the nuts to a container, add the remaining crushed Oreos, cover, and shake gently until evenly coated.
  5. Store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
