— 200g white chocolate — 1 tbsp coconut oil — 1/2 cup fresh strawberries — Passionfruit puree — Optional add ins: Scotch finger biscuits, Marshmallows, Red Frog lollies

Method
Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
While it melts, add strawberries to a blender and blitz until smooth. Pass puree through a sieve to remove any large seeds or chunks.
Once the chocolate has melted, fold in the chopped biscuits, marshmallows, and lollies. Add approx a tablespoon each of strawberry puree and passionfruit puree, folding lightly to create a marbled effect.
Transfer the mixture into a lined dish and top with extra strawberry and passionfruit puree.
Chill in the fridge or freezer until fully set, then cut into pieces and enjoy!
